AMENDMENT 7 – MODIFICATION OF VOTING RIGHTS OF INTERIM DIRECTORS.
JANUARY 18, 2020.
Amend Amendment 4 Paragraph 1 of by laws, which reads:
In addition to the seven member Board of Directors with three year terms, there may be two additional Interim Directors duly elected at the annual meeting for a term of one year each. Interim Directors will have all of the duties and responsibilities of Regular Directors and may vote at all Board meetings, but may not hold Officer positions.
Replace with the following paragraph.
