AMMENDMENT 3 – SUSPEND CONTRIBUTIONS TO CAPITAL IMPROVMENT FUND FEBUARY 9, 2013.
Suspend contributions to the capital improvement fund as detailed in AMMENDMENT 1, and reduce dues to $200.00 per year.
